The pale lores, bright white throat, and white central crown stripe add up to make this a Clay-colored Sparrow. The least ambiguous mark is the lack of a dark continuation of the eye stripe through the loral area. This gives chippies a bit of a sinister look as opposed to this guy's wide eyed innocent appearance.
