I agree with you about the Eastern wood-pewee ( I was actually going to post my opinion, as well). This bird is identical to the one that I saw last week here at FIU.
( also agree about the Scarlet Tanager, and the warblers, I leave up to you, I am still doing "warblers 101" and not yet that proficient in identifying these birds).
