The flycatcher is a Pewee, presumably Eastern Wood-Pewee. I'd say it's too long tailed for an Olive-sided, though it is showing the white tufts on the sides of the rump like one. Greater Pewee can show this to a lesser extent, and this bird sure is cresty...but I don't think Greater ever shows this much dark on the mandible.

The "female" Scarlet Tanager is a male Scarlet Tanager, notice the black coverts.

The ??? bird is a Tennessee Warbler.
