Hi Rob,
Your bird seems to be a Silvery-cheeked Hornbill (Ceratogymna brevis), but it shows a lot of white. SCHO is a species that has been reported six times before in Florida, mostly to this list:
the first, at the Deering Estate 22 Aug 1994 (R. Hammer, P. W. and S. Smith et al.), was traced to an aviculturist who lost 3 birds a few months earlier 30 miles to the north in Broward County.
