Spot-breasted Orioles should be still singing, but not as readily as now. I had two this morning as usual in Miami Shores.
Short-eared Owl- this may be a long shot at that time of year. They can be found at Fort Zachary Taylor State Park on Key West during winter and early spring (I think).
Cuban Yellow Warbler- try anywhere along Card Sound Road between Florida City and Key Largo. The most popular location is between the toll booth and the restaurant. Mangrove Cuckoos could be found at a couple areas, including John Pennekamp State Park and Key Largo State Botanical Site on Key Largo.
