TAS Cape Florida walk 4/8/06

Our group of 15 intrepid (and sometimes desperate) birders accumulated a species list of 30; 27 within the park and 3 additional from our meeting place. Best birds: Merlin (2); Yellow-billed Cuckoo; and Yellow-throated Warbler. We had 6 warbler species, including 2 Worm-eating Warblers that refused to show themselves.

Many thanks to all the participants, especially "newbie" Carmen and visiting birders from CA and VA. Perhaps John and Trey have critter photos to add.
