I went to see if I could find the La Sagra's flycatcher and had an excellent
time waiting for it to show. There was more bird activity than I have seen since
fall migration. I spent the first hour or so enjoying the migrants in full
sunlight, up close and personal. I saw all that Robin has mentioned in her post
except the La Sagra's. I will probably try for it in the morning. I contacted
Robin to find out the time of her sighting and it looks like if I want a photo
of the La Sagra's I need to be at Cape Florida when they open their gates.
Here are some photos while I waited with Leroy from San Diego.
Palm Warbler
Yellow Throated Warbler
Prairie Warbler
????
Blue-headed Vireo
Black & White Warbler
Northern Parula
Louisiana Water Thrush
It was a beautiful evening.
