Great challenge Alex. There has been some movement through Deering Estate lately. Blue-winged Teals have been a regular occurrence the last few mornings as they fly north along Biscayne Bay and a Red-breasted Merganser has been feeding in the boat basin in the early hours of the morning.
That is an awesome point system. Zenaida Dove and Loggerhead Kingbird would be great county birds but I'd take Kirtland's Warbler in Miami-Dade over them any day!
