Tropical Kingbird and Scissor-tail Flycatcher can still be found along the L31-W Canal. I saw both yesterday (3/22/2015). The kingbird was at the bend where the pump stations is located. The scissor-tail was atop a tree, fairly close to the main road to the Park entrance.
