The consensus on the Facebook Bird ID Group is that this is an immature Red-shouldered Hawk. I must accept the opinion but the wings appeared very long, past the end of the tail and I thought the bill was shaped differently than that of a Red-shouldered, but I must accept the experts' opinions and will not post to eBird.
