Great Black Hawk over Govt Cut?

Hello all

It's not a great picture, but I was wondering if this could be the Great Black Hawk that lives on Virginia Key.

He was flying south from Miami Beach towards Fisher Island. At first I thought it was a crow, flying very high, but it was just enough "off" that I figured I'll look at him through a tele-photo lens. By the time I got the camera out, he was practically to Fisher Island, so this is the one shot I got. Is this enough to make a decent guess?
