Kendale Lakes Park continues to harbor an interesting assortment of passerines which will hopefully stay for the Kendall CBC. The fig trees by the basketball court had a Summer Tanager and Yellow-throated Vireo. The orchid trees by the school playground had two Baltimore Oriole along with half a dozen Ruby-throated Hummingbird.
The two ponds at the intersection of North Kendall Drive/SW 88th Street and 162nd Ave had three newly arrived Ring-necked Duck as well as a Sora.
Birds are still on the move!
Carlos
