Stephen, did you mean SW 142 Avenue? This afternoon, I walked by the lake that's visible from 142 Avenue (the lake forms the northern border of my condominium complex) and saw about 25 Ring-necked Ducks in a tight flock at the east end, easily visible from 142 Avenue. A flock of this species has spent the past several winters at this location. I've seen Ring-necked Ducks in the past in the small pond at Kendall Drive and SW 147 Street, but not in recent years, nor did I see any there this afternoon.
