Possible Zone-tailed Hawk in Marathon 11/8

On Saturday, Carl Goodrich encountered a raptor at the west end of Marathon that he believes was a Zone-tailed Hawk. He submitted his sighting to eBird; his description of the bird can be found there. Carl has given his permission for me to post the sighting here in the hope that birders in the Keys or even in the Everglades will be on the lookout for this bird.
