IMHO, all these "sightings" should be reported...except "mobile home backyard banties", of course ;-) ...as they are in the wild, no matter how briefly, and contribute to the knowledge of Florida's exotic avifauna. And as Bill pointed out you never know which "lost bird on a wire" is the vanguard of the next great established species.

Regarding mynas - it's Hill Myna that is/was the common pet "talking mynah bird". While there are a few of them around in SoFla it's the Common Myna that is de facto established...
