Yellow seedeating bird - Birch State Park

A pair or perhaps more were seen apparently eating grass seeds. I've seen some warblers eat berries or nectar (Tennessee Warbler) but never grass seeds. I must be overlooking something...
Otherwise after six visits Birch has been slow; small numbers of the most common migrants.
