Thank you Toe, I appreciate your information. I've got my fingers crossed that a soon a pair of Red bellied Woodpeckers will soon be raising a family in the nest box. By the way, the male was out there again this morning drilling away. Wonder if I should should enlarge the entrance. I made it to specifications that someone from this board recommended. Oh well, maybe he just enjoys making noise? I love hearing it. As for the Starlings. They are quite common at an elementary school a few blocks away but I have never even seen one in my yard or the neighborhood...thank heavens! Once again, thank you.
