what an entertaining bird. Saw this beauty, Thurs. the 29th. Got there by 1600 and left an hour and a half later. The site is at approx mile marker 70, right side of the road in a parking lot. The bird hopped around in the parking lot, and hopped along the rocks on the gulf side. A life bird for me.
