This photo was taken on May 23 at Green Cay Nature Center. I originally ID'd it as a DCCO, but I am now wondering about that ID. Of interest is the white gular pouch and the blue on the tail, legs and other feathers. I have seen photos of other DCCOs that have some blue coloration, or the blue in this bird might be due to light reflection. Can anyone comment on the white gular pouch? Thanks
