Kendale Lakes Park was a happening this place this morning for autumn migrants, undoubtedly attracted by the large number of strangler figs fruiting all over the park. The highlight in about an hour of birding was a female-type Selasphorus hummingbird in the northwest corner of the park. Other migrants included: Eastern Wood-Pewee Red-eyed Vireo: 9 Yellow-throated Vireo: 4 Barn Swallow (many) Blue-gray Gnatcatcher: 8 Black-and-white Warbler: 2 Northern Parula: 2 Yellow-throated Warbler: 4 Prairie Warbler: 4 Summer Tanager Baltimore Oriole: 2 Carlos
