Small shorebird sp. (Warbler sized if not a bit bigger), grayish on the top white belly, when walking looked like by it moved the back half of the body up and down. When it flew it was close to the water and had a repetitive 'whee' or 'whititit' call. Seen by a lake in West Kendall in a pair, but since its migration, habitat might not be helpful.
