Attempting to show a series of shots of this sequence, Saturday at Wakodahatchee Wetlands. Had the rare sighting of a bald eagle flying rather low and close over the wetlands - I first started taking a few snaps thinking it was just passing by, but then I realized it was targeting an osprey who had just caught a fish - the eagle got on his tail and relentlessly pursued him, until the osprey finally panicked and dropped his fish to get away - the eagle immediately snatched the fish and attempted to fly off victorious, but the osprey got some courage back and tried to counter-attack the eagle to get his fish back. It didn't work - the eagle won the prize - but it was a wild sequence to watch and photograph! I could hear dozens of 'oohs' and 'aahs' from other photographers even hundreds of feet away all witnessing the duel.
