Swallow-tailed Kite

As I was arriving home at 1:25 pm a Swallow-tailed Kite was flying overhead. I live near the intersection of SW 34th Avenue and 16th Street. It was last seen flying over the Caballero Rivero Woodlawn Park North Cemetery.
