Looked at Elliot Key today and was pleased to see that it's in relatively good shape. Oceanside vegetation a bit roughed up but not as bad as previous storms. Buccaneer palms still there. Hope the semaphore cactus further south are ok. Regarding birds; I need to drop Larry off with a bugsuit so he can find the Carribean rarities. Checked on some coral offshore and it looked like it fared well. Had a Brown Booby fly by then found a dead Great Shearwater and a dead Brown Booby in 200 ft of water. Wil be. back later this week. So much to see.
