While looking for a yellow-crowned parrot reported previously, My husband and I came across 6! lilac-crowned parrots as well! If someone can teach me how to upload photos, we have a couple great specimens for the group. Parrots were seen this morning about 1015 on Cocoanut (that's how they spell it) Lane. This is the feeder road that is opposite Palm Lane that cuts through the golf course from east to west off S. County. This is not the road that marks the border of the course named Cocoanut Row. They were VERY vocal and competed with the crows for loudest birds. The yellow-crowned hangs with the lilac.
