I was able to relocate the Western Spindalis today at Deering Estate. I have arranged for there to be access to the bird tomorrow morning (Saturday, November 26). Visitors will meet at the Deering Estate visitor's center parking lot (16701 SW 72nd AVE Miami, Fl. 33157) between 7 and 7:30am. After checking in with Karen Solms and paying the $12 admission fee, you will follow Eduardo Ibarra over to SW 152nd street to enter the pineland through a north gate. He can only stay until noon, which at that time everyone will have to leave for the day. Good luck for anyone chasing!
