A female Dickcissel seen this morning at Markham Park. The bird was located near the edge of the tree line just south of the entrance to the nature trail. The Philadelphia Vireo, first spotted by Alan Seelye-James on 10/12, was feeding on Trema berries along the south end of the butterfly garden. This makes up for me missing the GWWA at Tall Cypress this morning. I hope to get over there tomorrow at some point.
