We had an amazing pelagic trip on Sunday seeing a Fea's Petrel which is a very rare bird for the U.S. and the second record for the state of Florida. The first record was of a satellite tagged bird that was tracked off the coast of Florida, it was never seen by anyone. Now we know that they have been here because we all got lucky to see one this Sunday 7-miles east off Pacific Reef in about 1,000 feet of water. If not for the good eyes of Roberto and his skill driving the boat, we would not have ever seen this amazing bird!
