Breeding plumaged Lapland Longspur in the Dry Tortugas

Jeffrey Roth found a Lapland Longspur yesterday at Ft Jefferson in the Dry Tortugas. The bird is in breeding plumage, as would be expected at this time of year. This bird is very far from its breeding grounds, though. I attached one of the photos he sent me; it's also posted on the South Florida Rare Bird Update
