A nice group of friends and neighbors joined me for a bird walk starting at the Doc Thomas House, through the Steinberg Nature Center and into the High Pines neighborhood. Several wintering mixed flocks of warblers were found. Several Black-throated Green Warblers were seen with a stunning male being the highlight.
