Staying at the Sonesta Hotel during my week here in Miami, I observed a flock of 15-20 red-masked parakeets fly into an orange-blossomed tree and noticed a single bird unlike the rest. Upon closer inspection, this parakeet had a striking red bill, gray to blue gray crown with black thicker collar (did not extend around the neck) and a black stripe above the eyes. Appeared to most closely resemble a red-breasted parakeet. Also saw 5-8 orange-winged parrots this morning at Fuchs Park.
