Has been present in this area since October, 2015. I heard it scolding twice this week and again this morning. It scolds only for a short time when I enter territory. Very hard to find. Often in company of a White-eyed Vireo. I heard and then saw the White-eyed Vireo and thought there was a second one but never identified it. Only after getting home did I realize that the second vireo was indeed the Bell's. Single wing bar, yellow sides, rather plain face with faint spectacles. Distinctive scolding call. Very active and hard to see in the foliage. Also had a flock of Cedar Waxwings.
