Andy Kratter just posted this to the Birding Florida FaceBook page, "A Tricolored Munia was reported on eBird at Shark Valley yesterday by Michael Vasi. The photo is distant but looks to be correct. The FOSRC recently accepted a record from the Dry Tortugas as a wild stray from the established population in CUba, and in all likelihood this one is too.
