As suggested by Steve Kaplan, I headed over to TY Park to see a reported Neotropical Cormorant. Sure enough it was right where Steve indicated, perched on the barrel in the lake by the camp ground. Photos were taken with it accompanied by a juvenile Double-crested Cormorant, while fishing, and in flight. The white-bordered yellow gullet and long tail are easily seen.
