Western, NOT Tropical Kingbird at Chapel Trail

I just found another out-take from when I was trying to see the kingbird through tthe branches. With the bright sky behind it and a bit out of focus I could not see the color until I brightened the image and used Canon HDR tool to bring out the color. The breast pattern is definitely that of a Western Kingbird. Thanks for the help-- still a nice bird for that location.
