I can confirm that those were indeed Common Hill Mynas since I was the one who posted the sighting. The birds were vocalizing, sitting on the top of a tree along the US 1 Bus Lane and approximately 147th Street. I used to work in a pet shop back in 1982 and they used to sell them there so I'm pretty familiar with them. Also had a pair nesting on a palm tree in my house a few years ago on Killian and 94th Avenue.
