If attempting to see this bird, please abide by the following regulations, also posted on the TAS Rare Bird Update: THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IS A RESTRICTED AREA. NO ENTRY IS PERMITTED, INCLUDING AREAS ADJACENT TO THE PERIMETER FENCE. PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE TREATMENT PLANT ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THESE REGULATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED TRESPASSING AND WILL JEOPARDIZE BIRDER ACCESS TO THIS LOCATION.
