I agree with John and Brian, this sounds like a classic Northern Waterthrush. It has the tone, cadence and throatiness of this species. The phrase associated with Northern Waterthrush is usually "sweet old ladies don't chew, chew, chew" and if you listen closely (and use your imagination), you can hear these phrases. It can be a late migrant, which explains its presence. Cornell's Macaulay Library has a fantastic CD with only warbler songs and calls and is easier to use than sorting through Xeno-Canto. Song selection #4 is almost identical to Joseph's recording.
