To show photos on this site you need to first upload your images to one of the popular photo sharing websites like https://www.shutterfly.com/nav/share.sfly https://www.flickr.com/ or any other location online where you can view the image and get the image URL... The you would copy and paste the URL address for the image in the location provided when you submit your post.
