I witnessed the same event from my house in Jan 2005. Uncountable numbers of Robins flew east to west at sunrise for about 5 minutes nonstop. They rarely make it this far south at all, and only once have I seen this many down here. When I first saw the subject, I thought you meant that our own Robin (Diaz) is spectacular, in which case I would have to agree.
