Hello, Those are Chestnut-fronted Macaws. There are populations of these birds in the Ft. Lauderdale area, extreme northeast Miami-Dade and finally a couple in South Miami/Coral Gables. They've been breeding in South Florida for some time now (I recall noticing them in 2001 or so), though they are not established by most means. Alex
