L 8 canal is off state road 80 just west of the huge development and east of the aggregates. Go about 1 to 2 miles north, under the high voltage line, to the west. This is a very interesting road. The caracara has been seen at the very end which is about 7 miles up the road. I have seen the white tallied kite on this road last year. (Brian, how does one down load pictures)
