Park on the east side of the road in front of the first set of Silos in the grass - obviously out of the way of the driveways and off the road. Or you can just stay in your car and search the area with bins. As long as you don't spend too much time there, no one will bother you. If the birds are there you should be able to find them quickly. FYI: Sunday is a lot less congested in regards to traffic.
