He's definitely been there since the end of May...every weekend I've gone, I've heard him - though he's been staying high in the trees so not always easy to visually spot. I caught him in the open on May 30 enough to get a shot, link here... http://www.pbase.com/zackiedawg/image/163349397 Otherwise, he's been staying very high near the center bench, and can be heard almost throughout the entire park.
