Yes, White-tailed Kites have been breeding -- probably annually or nearly so -- since at least 1986, when three nests were found. In 1984, an adult and juvenile found in the (then-undeveloped) Weston area suggested that breeding had begun at least two years earlier. Best regards, Bill Pranty Bayonet Point, Florida
