Rob, The bird prefers the northernmost area of the property in a very bushy area near the fence that separates the property from the library. There is a large ficus tree surrounded by low lying bushes and vines. You'll also see a Frisbee Golf post marked 13 (I believe). We saw the bird inside this area. It is very secretive and took us about 30 minutes to locate. At first I saw him hop by with a berry in its mouth and it went into the thickets at ground level. When it came out again, it went up into the enclosed canopy so be sure to look outside the area, inside the "covered" area, and high and low. Keep your ears open too as it was quietly calling, giving away its location. Good luck! I think this was my fourth attempt for the bird.
