Hey Mark, The bird was moving a little north of Rangel's tape and on the east side. It still comes out in the open. A couple was there from California (by way of Australia) and said they saw this bird while camping at the park two weeks ago, but simply thought it was a Mourning Dove. Once news broke, they hopped on a plane. Point being, this bird has probably been around for a bit and will hopefully stay.
