On Saturday morning 12/12 most of the birds were on the 107 Ave side of the field. There was at least one Franklin's Gull present, and we also had a Bonaparte's Gull among the hundreds of other gulls. The flock reshuffled several times, due to passes by a Harrier, then a Bald Eagle. In addition to the gulls, the field also had 20 White Pelicans, 2 Avocets, both Yellowlegs, 2 Red-breasted Merganser, and a flyover Lesser Scaup (it flew into the rock quarry lake area, but could not be refound). I also saw a Scaly-breasted Munia near the fenceline of the quarry lake.
