There are two issues here. The first is that the bird is effectively sitting on the county line. I have observed it within a period of less than a minute foraging on both sides, so 'technically', either is valid. The second issue has to do with the eBird (probably Google) map program. The area bordered by Loxahatchee Rd, University Dr, and Hillsboro Blvd (the 'Parkland Wedge') was transferred from PBC to Broward (2010?). However, if you post a spot in that area on eBird it registers as PBC. A number of Broward birders use a proxy location along the south side of Hillsboro Blvd (formerly County Line Rd) to correctly register sightings in Broward and then add specific location info in the description.
