Also if you have trouble finding any while down there, and if it's not too far, you can get as close as a guarantee to find them in southern Palm Beach county, at Green Cay Wetlands or Wakodahatchee Wetlands. They moved in a few years back and are now very populous and not at all shy - there hasn't been a weekend there in the past year I haven't seen them.
